7/17 Friday

by WCUMC Member on 07/17/20

Today’s Bible verse:
2 Peter 3:7
7 By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.

Pray with us:
Lord, we know we should live in the blessings you provide. We enjoy this new day, new life in you. Today we pray for those who lost their beloved ones and still mourn due to their loss. Be with them and pour out heavenly comfort upon them so that they can have true hope in you. Lord, we as the faithful people of God, look for the heavenly promise. We trust your words and your plan. And we know that there will be the day of judgment and we will stand before your throne. Help us live faithfully every moment of our lives and keep nurturing our spirit to share your love for this world. Be with us and provide us with your care today. We pray in your name, Amen.

(Prayer by Steven Cho)
