Food Pantry at Ward's Chapel UMC

Open 9 - 11 am on the third Saturday of each month.

The Food Pantry's mission is to gather and provide food and personal and home care items for members of our church and the community to eliminate hunger, promote nutrition and health, and give hope to those feeling hopeless.

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in." ~ Matthew 25:35
Pantry Donation Drop-off - 
Tuesday, August 4 @ 2-4pm

High request items during this time of shutdown include:

Disinfectant Wipes or Spray (lysol)
Cereal (many request Raisin Bran, Honey Nut Cheerios, and Kids' cereal)
Breakfast Bars
Canned Chicken Breast
Baked Beans
Canned Veggies (other than green beans or corn)
Canned Potatoes
Mac and Cheese
Canned Fruit
Potato products in boxes or packets
Kids Snacks and Drinks
Toilet Paper

We have some people that come to us
with diabetes and we can always use no
sugar/substitute sugar variety of items.

Please remember to check expiration dates if you are donating from your pantry.

The food pantry will be changing to drive thru service. 
If you are in need please contact Wendy Reisberg Miller at or 410-756-0665. We are asking patrons to set up an appointment time and choose items for their bags ahead of time so we are prepared.
